曾文水庫將設置24公頃太陽光電專區 黃偉哲竟還在狀況外？

南市議員周奕齊質詢黃偉哲曾文水庫種電問題（圖＿截自台南市議會直播）。
台南市議員周奕齊昨（15日）在市政總質詢時指出，光電業者日前在嘉義縣大埔鄉公所舉辦種電說明會，在地居民反對，經大埔友人通報他才知道，請問市長黃偉哲知道嗎？周奕齊表示，曾文水庫上游雖在嘉義大埔，但主要供應台南市民用水，如果發生火災，造成有害物質流入水庫，影響水質到時候怎麼辦？
周奕齊舉2018年玉井區芒子芒大埤水上太陽光電為例，當時發生多起尚未完工電箱就自燃起火的案例。市民憂心有毒物質流入水庫，周奕齊強調，不要中央做什麼都要照單全收。政府要發展綠電，但要去找適合的地點。水庫是台南市民用水的地方，萬一發生事情誰要負責。
黃偉哲表示，坦白講民眾還很難接受，會全盤去了解，不能對水庫水質產生影響。
南水局表示，本案是曾文水庫水域唯一架設太陽光電板的案子，2020年10月23日在曾文水庫蓄水區大埔鄉範圍內畫設24.6公頃的太陽光電發電系統設置專區，契約總發電量19.8MW，相關設置計畫仍在審查中。南水局強調，阿公店水庫已於2017年設置10公頃湖面型太陽能光電，並定時進行水質監測，至今尚未發現太陽能發電會造成水質變化。
