奇美醫院【愛、傳承、生命】器官捐贈宣導 讓大愛精神蔓延

奇美醫院於器官捐贈宣導活動上，期望藉由社交平台FB、IG發揮社群網絡傳遞的力量，擴大社會大眾對於器官捐贈理念之認同，響應宣揚器官捐贈風氣，讓大愛精神在社會中蔓延開來
奇美醫療財團法人奇美醫院自民國88年完成第一例器官捐贈移植手術，迄今已邁入第24年，為積極響應財團法人器官捐贈移植登錄及病人自主推廣中心「112年全國器官捐贈宣導週」，透過多元宣導方式，以促進民眾及員工對器官捐贈知識的暸解。

55歲正值壯年的單身王先生，事業穩定，某日家屬送餐時發現倒臥於浴室，緊急送至奇美醫院急診室，醫師檢查後發現為腦動脈瘤破裂並採取緊急手術，雖醫療團隊積極救治，但因腦幹衰竭呈現重度昏迷(腦死)狀態。弟弟情緒悲慟，了解即使積極使用最好的藥物及治療，病人仍難有起色，於是家屬決定採取舒適照護，簽立不施行心肺復甦術同意書(DNR)。而當醫師提及器官捐贈選項時，弟弟百般難捨，為彰顯哥哥一生為善、熱情助人的精神，做了一個兄弟間不需言語，心靈契合的重大決定「器官捐贈」。弟弟簽立器捐同意書當下，難忍悲傷，既不捨哥哥正值壯年而早逝，又怨他總是不好好照顧身體，讓老母親擔心，今後再也無法與哥哥互相扶持照顧母親，也沒機會再當面喊他一聲“哥”，手足之情溢於言表。
弟弟回憶自小學開始，兄弟二人每次月考後總是比賽成績高下以及兄弟間的有趣對話，弟弟向醫護人員透露：哥哥是個極為熱情並具有才情、創意的人，為他做這個決定，讓哥哥成為家族中的第一位器官捐贈者。在大愛的精神下，哥哥共捐出肝臟、腎臟、角膜及皮膚血管組織，幫助5個受贈者及家庭，豐富了他生命的內涵並得以延續，也讓媽媽對哥哥的思念多了一份情感上的慰藉與依戀。

奇美醫療財團法人奇美醫院首席醫療副院長田宇峯說明，隨著器官移植醫學的進步、生命教育的普及和各界的重視與提倡，器官捐贈已逐漸為民眾所接受，讓生命到達終點前，讓器官可以遺愛人間延續他人生命。根據財團法人器官捐贈移植登錄中心統計，截至6月12日，全臺共有10,929人在等待器捐，其中以腎臟最多，其次則為肝臟。然而今(112)年至5月2日止有幸接受器官移植者卻僅有328人，顯示器官捐贈供不應求，超過一萬多人的家庭等待延續生命的可能性。

奇美醫療財團法人奇美醫院移植醫學科主任孫定平表示：相關研究資料可發現「病人未表達意願」是家屬拒絕器官捐贈的重要因素之一，若缺乏病人意願做為參考，會使家屬在哀傷的情緒及面臨決策時更容易陷入猶豫不決，例如：擔心其他親人反對、質疑代理權的合法性，以及無法確定怎麼做是對病人最好的決擇。因此，近幾年政府單位陸續推動器官捐贈相關政策，加上各醫院、報章媒體等對器官捐贈的宣傳不餘遺力，讓多數民眾對於器官捐贈概念較能接受，認同度也提高，然而相較於歐美國家，簽署器官捐贈同意書的比例仍舊偏低。
孫定平指出，醫療院所常遇到當事者有意願，但由於家屬面臨生離死別，過於悲痛時陷入天人交戰，最後功虧一簣而無法捐贈。案例王先生有這樣通情達禮的手足為自己身後的安排固然是幸福的，但如果病人能夠在意識清醒時向家人清楚的表達捐贈意願並簽下「預立安寧緩和醫療暨維生醫療抉擇意願書」、「器官捐贈同意書」，那更是生死兩相安的最好詮釋，所以財團法人器官捐贈移植登錄中心及病人自主推廣中心也於6月19日正式上線「器捐聲紋卡」，讓關鍵時刻可以聽見捐贈者的心聲，家屬做決策時也會更加的肯定及放心。

奇美醫院自105年12月開始，已將3D列印技術應用於器官捐贈者身上，採用3D列印技術以仿真的心臟、肝臟、腎臟、胰臟(對)、肺臟，於手術後放於捐贈者體內，彌補大體的缺憾，給予捐贈者最大尊重，也讓家屬心靈得到更多的慰藉，迄今共有38名捐贈者使用3D列印器官，3D列印器官使用數也達136個，其中使用最多的3D列印器官為腎臟(63個)，其次則為肝臟(37個)。
現場民眾熱烈響應器官捐贈宣導活動
根據奇美醫院移植醫學科截至今(112)年6月12日統計，已完成822例器官(含組織)捐贈案例，其中腎臟捐贈249例、肝臟捐贈109例、心臟捐贈107例、胰臟移植16例、肺臟捐贈8例、小腸捐贈5例、眼角膜捐贈233例、血管捐贈53例、骨骼捐贈16例、皮膚捐贈14例、韌帶捐贈12例。
為推廣民眾對器官捐贈的觀念並提高同意書簽署的意願，奇美醫院於6月27日至6月29日在第一醫療大樓一樓大廳、二樓空橋及第三醫療大樓一樓中庭舉辦器官捐贈宣導系列活動，內容包括「有獎問答」、「器捐同意書簽署活動」、「捐贈者生命故事海報展」、「醫療團隊人員與捐贈者故事海報展」、「捐贈者時光故事多媒體播放」以及「FB或IG打卡宣導送限量好禮」。
於器官捐贈宣導活動當天，邀請現場民眾持宣導標語拍照打卡，上傳照片至「永康奇美醫院”愛、傳承、生命”器官捐贈宣導活動」FB，並留言支持器官捐贈，即送香醇咖啡
6月28日除了邀請長官簽卡宣誓對器官捐贈的支持，更歡迎民眾及院內同仁持宣導標語拍照打卡，上傳照片至「永康奇美醫院”愛、傳承、生命”器官捐贈宣導活動」FB，並留言支持器官捐贈，即送香醇咖啡。此次活動期望藉由社交平台FB、IG發揮社群網絡傳遞的力量，擴大社會大眾對於器官捐贈理念之認同，響應宣揚器官捐贈風氣，讓大愛精神在社會中蔓延開來。
