臺南【鯤喜灣行旅】開幕 鯤鯓400年歷史街區觀光再現風華

鯤喜灣行旅今（14）日於臺南市安平暨鯤喜灣歷史街區隆重開幕
台南市再次彰顯其深厚的歷史和文化魅力，台南市政府文化局去年宣布「臺南市安平暨鯤喜灣歷史街區」成為台南市第六個公告的歷史街區後，今日迎來又一里程碑。鯤喜灣行旅今（14）日於臺南市安平暨鯤喜灣歷史街區隆重開幕，這不僅代表該歷史街區的觀光與民宿業展望光明，更是在地民宿申設的成功典範，目前，鯤喜灣歷史街區已成功申設兩家民宿，鯤喜灣行旅即是其中之一，也是這一次【台南旅遊美食護照】的優惠店家，領先打響名號。

鯤鯓地區位於台南西南沿海，具有400年的深厚歷史背景，原本是台江內海上的門戶。雖然地理環境經過多次變遷，但這片區域仍保留了獨特的風貌和原始核心。此次「臺南市安平暨鯤喜灣歷史街區」的推動，旨在保存並凸顯臺南的400年歷史脈絡。值得一提的是，此街區計畫也是國內少數針對海岸地區所制定，並且是臺南市首個跨行政區的歷史街區計畫。

除了鯤喜灣歷史街區外，目前台南共有566家民宿，居六都之冠。透過推廣民宿申設，台南市政府期待可以讓閒置房產再生、活化，並實現文化傳承的目標。

此外，去(111)年觀光旅遊局已獲中央補助2億元，實施「臺南『黃金海岸。海洋新樂園』重點景區遊憩廊帶計畫」，期待透過觀光建設，呈現「鯤鯓風華再現」的景觀。觀光旅遊局也計劃在未來持續加強觀光發展的資金申請，期望和民間能共同推動，持續提升臺南的觀光產業和住宿市場。
