網揪假日屏東夜飆 高調上網炫耀 警出動逮7人

近來有飆車族在屏東東港、潮州及枋寮省道來回競速飆車，其中有人甚至將影片上傳炫耀，屏東警方展開調查行動，發現一名30歲曾姓男子，會用網路通訊軟體號召同好週末深夜競速飆車。
屏東地方法院申請搜索票，將曾嫌等人緝捕到案，並查扣涉案車輛6部、偽造號牌、行車紀錄器等物證。圖_枋寮警分局提供
警方表示曾姓犯嫌以網路通訊軟體號召不特定人士，利用假日深夜段選定屏東縣內、東港鎮、潮州鎮及枋寮鄉等道路筆直之省道來回競速飆車，嚴重影響社會秩序安寧，危害民眾生命安全。
曾嫌等人利用變造車牌或安裝其他器具之方式遮掩真實號牌逃避警方查緝，本分局掌握情資後，除加強規劃每週假日防飆勤務外亦成立專案小組調閱沿線路口監視器，過濾彙整涉嫌競速車輛，案報請臺灣屏東地方檢察署指揮偵辦，並向台灣屏東地方法院申請搜索票，將曾嫌等人緝捕到案，並查扣涉案車輛6部、偽造號牌、行車紀錄器等物證；另本分局偵查隊前往徐嫌住處執行搜索時，併案查獲吸食器及第三級毒品愷他命，全案訊後依涉嫌公共危險罪、偽造特種文書罪及違反毒品危害防制條例等罪嫌將曾嫌等人移送屏東地檢署複訊。
枋寮分局長郭譯隆表示，警方打擊犯罪永不停歇，對於危害社會治安的各類犯罪必將嚴加究辦，道路不是競技場，呼籲每位駕駛人都應遵守交通規則，更應尊重他人生命安全，枋寮分局將持續加強取締危險駕車行為！
