南市府持續建設南科生活圈與交通路網 打造南方新矽谷

南科周圍南科特定區的開發是市府施政重點（圖＿資料照片）。
為提升園區周邊生活服務機能及人口移居誘因，市府於110年啟動南科A~E、N、O等7區都市計畫規劃作業，以支援解決園區產業用地不足問題，建構完整的產業及居住生活圈。
市長黃偉哲表示，南科特定區是目前大臺南重要引力發展核心，也是帶動臺南產業發展的引擘。除已完成開闢之LM區、辦理區段徵收作業中之F、G區及I區外，A~E、N、O區都市計畫變更案也在112年5月獲內政部審議通過。市府將持續推動整體開發作業、園區聯外交通改善、南科整體車流及交通安全改善等，打造完整的產業生活圈。

南科特定區F、G區位於南科特定區東側，以因應南科產業及地區發展，提供就業人口之生活服務需求及公共設施。開發面積100公頃，可提供64公頃生活服務用地，預計113年開發完成及配地。此外，南科特定區A~E、N、O區開發面積430公頃，提供233公頃生活服務及產業支援用地，可作為設廠、商業服務、大型賣場商場及居住等使用，活絡地方需求。市府亦超前部署留設醫療、學校、停車空間等以提升未來南科周邊生活品質。
經發局長林榮川表示，為紓解南科長期對外交通壅塞問題，提供往來科學園區及周邊居民舒適的交通環境，市府積極開闢南科周邊外環道路，如北外環興建、國道一號增設北外環交流道、新港社大道立體化工程、南科道路拓寬工程等建設，在中央支持與市府配合地方自籌款，共投入總經費約326億元，希望減少通勤時間，增加效率。

經發局長林榮川說明，南科特定區區段徵收案將供應73公頃產業用地，預計115年交地。而台南也有充足綠電，設置容量4GW全國最多，滿足企業RE100需求。未來南科特定區完工後南科將串聯周邊工業區，成為半導體研發、生產完整基地。
