睽違16年後，台南市再度舉辦全國運動會，象徵著這座歷史古都的再次崛起。112年全國運動會今（21）日於大台南會展中心魔幻啟幕。擔任大會會長的行政院長陳建仁出席之外，總統蔡英文專程與會，到場勉勵所有參賽者。適逢安平熱蘭遮城2024年即將屆滿400年，配合「臺南400年」重要歷史時刻，全國運動會開幕典禮場地以臺南與世界接軌400年來的發展為設計主軸，籌備會召集人黃偉哲市長呼籲全國的民眾為我們的選手加油打氣，品嚐道地的美食。希望透過這次的運動盛事，讓更多的人深入感受台南獨特的人文風情。

開幕式特別邀請了一系列音樂和藝術巨匠，其中包括了金曲獎得主、本地的母語歌手謝銘祐，充滿原住民特色的桑布伊，以及風趣的主持人柯大堡。為了呈現更多元的文化風貌，來自日本和西班牙的表演團體也受邀參與。而台南的民間藝術、各學校的優秀團體，總計近30組，也加入這場盛會，共同締造了一場史詩般、令人難忘的演出。

總統蔡英文上台致詞表示，政府對於體育發展的重視，承諾將為選手們提供最堅實的支持，讓他們無後顧之憂，勇闖世界舞台。除了對於選手的鼓勵，蔡總統還呼籲全國的民眾，特別是旅客，前來台南古都。在為參賽的選手加油打氣的同時，還能夠深入體驗台南的獨特美食，以及濃厚的歷史和人文氛圍。

市長黃偉哲表示，台南不僅是運動員競技的舞台，更是每一位國民體驗歷史與文化的最佳地點。該典禮由金獎製作團隊策劃，並由曾於太陽馬戲團擔綱主舞的臺灣舞者張逸軍總監製。該節目糅合了臺南400年的文化歷程，並包含「歡迎入城」的核心意象。從臺南原住民的生活故事到大航海時代的探索，此典禮旨在讓國際運動員及觀眾深入感受臺南豐富的人文與歷史。加上本地及國際藝術家的精彩表演，這次的典禮不僅是一場運動盛事，更是一次跨時代的文化交流，旨在將臺南的古老文化傳承給新一代。我們誠摯地歡迎大家來到台南，為我們的選手加油打氣。
