8月30日，米其林公布星級餐廳，台南一顆星都未得到，但在2022的《米其林指南》必比登推介的美食名單中，有27間店入選。不過今日要介紹的「永記虱目魚丸」有媲美米其林的好味道，是隱藏版的台南米其林好店！

永記虱目魚丸位在台南市中西區的開山路上，店內的用餐環境空間相當大也明亮，整體非常的乾淨，平日人潮也是依舊滿滿的。

永記虱目魚丸最經典的就是，這碗「肉燥飯」，非常入味的肉燥，看起來肥肥的，但卻沒有肥肉油膩的感覺，搭配香菜和醬瓜，讓這碗肉燥飯吃起來更有層次，這就是永記最厲害的地方！而在永記還有這個必點的「綜合湯」，每天親手現做的魚丸，讓整碗湯喝起來就是鮮甜。有民眾更表示「他已經連吃第四天了！」。
