結合日式照護及智慧科技 南市首座多元長照資源中心10月啟用

衛生福利部新營醫院北門分院整建後轉型，將成為台南市首座「多元長照資源中心」，南市府委託台灣元氣村長照社團法人經營管理（OT），雙方在7日完成簽約，台灣元氣村長照社團法人為元氣村集團子公司，是日本最大的社會福祉法人和綜合健康養老集團，近年也和筆電代工大廠仁寶（2324）合作，導入智慧護理之家照護系統，結合日式照護及智慧科技，北門多元長照資源中心預計10月啟用。

簽約儀式由台南市長黃偉哲、台灣元氣村長照社團法人代表廖祐霖共同簽署，黃偉哲指出，考量沿海地區長照資源需求，市府積極協助新營醫院向衛生福利部申請經費補助，進行建物整建及修繕工程，打造多元長照資源中心，提供長輩全面性服務，該中心未來也會優先提供當地居民就業機會，造福大北門及鄰近地區民眾。

社會局長陳榮枝表示，多元長照資源中心未來將引進日本照護設備、雲端智慧系統，整合醫療、長照、住民資訊，並推動台日長照人員跨國交流，將長照服務帶向新的紀元。
北門多元長照資源中心共投入3億元經費轉型，為4層樓建物，1樓為居家醫療資源中心、中央廚房、輔具展示中心及一般日間照顧中心，2樓做為失智症日間照顧中心及失智症團體家屋，3樓及4樓為多層級住宿型長照機構，未來一般日照及失智症日照各可收容30人，失智症團體家屋可收容共18人、住宿式長照機構共85人。
