本土病例再現！還賭得下去？安南警查獲天九牌賭埸35人

本土病例再現！一位 20多歲女性感染Delta變異株確診，全國高度警戒防疫的同時，這群人卻大剌剌的又聚賭起來。
110年12月11日1時30分，南警第三分局在安南區大聖路某鐵皮屋內，查獲35名男女以「天九牌」聚賭，現場查扣抽頭金新臺幣(下同)1萬3000元、賭資3萬8,000元，賭具天九牌1副、骰子1盒及號碼夾1袋等證物。訊後將賭場林姓負責人（66年次）兼莊家依賭博罪移送法辦，另將賭客共35人依社會秩序維護法裁處。

經了解，該職業賭場係以林姓男子為首，流竄於大臺南及高雄地區，近期該賭場地點因往來人士複雜且多是深夜活動，引起警方注意，南警三分局即申請搜索票查辦，順利查獲負責人及賭客共35人及賭金共5萬餘元，也嚴厲的申張防疫工作不得鬆懈。另對於該暗中經營賭場鐵皮屋(違建)，也函請市府機關依法研議拆除。
南警三分局表示，賭場是幫派、角頭等不良人士的金錢來源，背後潛藏巨大金流、利益，易造成財物糾紛，也是犯罪淵藪，近期國內許多重大治安事件，如擄人凌虐、暴力討債、妨害自由及槍砲等犯罪，幾乎皆是由賭博及債務而延發，另隨著網路技術發展，賭博犯罪轉向線上經營，在虛擬網路空間賭博亦是另一主力趨勢，因此三分局採「網路偵搜、實體擊破」的策略方法，除持續針對傳統職業賭場進行掃蕩外，對於新興虛擬網路空間賭博，亦列為取締重點，對非法金流及犯罪源頭徹底刨根，絶不會鬆手。

三分局說，該分局依「網路偵搜、實體擊破」的雙箭策略，已積極破獲了多場流動性職業賭場，另在全國警察機關執行同步查緝網路賭博專案期間，也破獲2件網路賭博犯罪，惟嚴查嚴辦的執法決心，是永續不斷，淨化社會的良善風氣是始終堅持的唯一目標。
