有網友在網路社群PＯ出照片，畫面中有1部機車騎在86快速道路路肩，網友表示該機車騎士由西往東方向行駛，從濱海尾上、下台南，即將行車記錄器照片PO上社群，引發網友熱議，台南市警歸仁分局表示尚未接獲相關報案，警方將主動介入查處，並呼籲民眾切勿違規上道，否則一旦查獲將依法開罰。
網友於11日下午4時許，PO出行車紀錄器2張照片截圖顯示，有1部機車違規騎上86快速道路沿路肩行駛，網友指出該機車騎士由西往東方向行駛，從濱海尾上、下台南。此一照片一出也引起網友熱議，紛紛表示：「86快速道路禁行普通重機車，只有大型重機車才能行駛」、「應該是貪圖方便，上86比較快」…。
台南市歸仁分局表示，分局尚未接獲民眾報案，因網友PO出的照片雖有違規機車車號，但沒有違規時間，警方會主動介入查處，如查證屬實會依法開罰。警方表示，普通機車行駛快速道路，違反道路交通管理處罰條例第33條，依法可罰3000元以上、6000元以下罰緩，提醒機車族，勿貪圖一時之便違規，並造成行車風險。
