一名住在屏東新園的女子控訴已三度被鄰居飼養的疑似混種比特犬咬傷，甚至飼主還嗆「咬死算了」，讓她憤而持診斷證明書前往警局提告。

屏東縣新園鄉一名從事回收業的女子控訴，遭到鄰居飼養的混種比特犬第三度咬傷，女子說她在今年3月、5月及12月，分別遭到鄰居飼養的混種比特犬咬傷。
女子表示，平日會帶著飼養的2條的犬隻一起做回收，且犬隻也被該條比特犬攻擊過，第二次受傷時本想提告，但飼主的父親登門誠懇道歉，她最終和解，沒想到近日又遭到三度咬傷，結果當下她大聲呼救後，當下飼主見狀卻冷回，「被咬死算了」，讓她氣憤難平。
但比特犬飼主也反控，女子所養的狗也曾追著他的狗跑並攻擊。

目前因爲案發時只有被害人的陳述，飼主是否有疏忽縱放的行為，還有待調查釐清，須再找其他監視器或目擊證人或證據，據了解，目前雙方均報警提告傷害，後續案情待檢警釐清。
