台南三井outlet即將展開試營運與開幕 交通局規劃多條替代道路避開台86車潮請多加利用

台南市政府交通局預期台南三井outlet於16日展開試營運、25日正式開幕後，周邊道路勢必將吸引大量人車潮，尤其是台86快速道路將首當其衝，為避免影響搭乘高鐵民眾的行程，交通局除規劃多條替代路線前往高鐵站區外，倘若台86快速道路壅塞，可提前於上崙交流道下台86行駛替代道路，並提醒民眾盡量提早出門，多收聽警廣及注意交通局發布的即時交通資訊，避免影響行程。
交通局局長王銘德表示，三井outlet試營運初期至228連假期間，市長黃偉哲預期將有大量車流利用台86快速道路，為了避免人潮、車潮引發台86嚴重堵塞，指示交通局規劃分散車流策略，交通局規劃多條前往高鐵站區替代道路可供選擇，市區前往高鐵站區可行駛市182(中山路)右轉台39(高鐵橋下道路)、關廟方向可利用台19甲(南雄路)轉五甲路連接歸仁十三路、高雄方向前往可利用台28(中正路)轉台39(高鐵橋下道路)。
交通局表示，若市民朋友在台86遇到塞車時，往東方向在大潭交流道可改行往北匝道下至中正南路一段，再右轉台39平面道路往南接歸仁十路，或提前於上崙交流道下來，沿台86側車道連接中正南路進入；往西方向可提前於歸仁交流道下來，沿南157連接歸仁十三路進入。
交通局提醒，前往逛街車潮容易集中假日11至17時，預期2月20日、2月28日(228連假最後一天)，將與收假日趕往高鐵乘車民眾車潮重疊，因此特別呼籲市民提早出門，多利用替代道路並保留多一些車行時間，並請用路人隨時收聽警廣並注意發布即時交通資訊，以利行程安排。
