基地台隱藏民宅 村民憂電磁波傷身抗議

電信基地台紛爭又起！白沙赤崁村一家民宅三樓鐵皮屋內，隱藏遠傳基地台近4年時間，鄰近住宅夫婦懷疑他們罹癌和電磁波發射有關，因曾多次向相關單位陳情未果，昨（18）日上午特發動村民拉白布條抗爭。
赤崁楊姓夫婦昨日向村長黃禮聰陳情說，他們住宅後方的吳姓屋主與遠傳電信業者已簽約設置長達4年之久，近期將再續約5年時間，這些年來屋主與遠傳電信業者在頂樓架設3座基地台，特別隱藏在外觀搭設的鐵皮屋裡面掩人耳目，近年來因附近村民相繼出現身體不適狀況，且有些人罹患癌症，令他們懷疑和基地台發射的電磁波有關；由於鄰近居民長期生活在恐懼當中，昨日上午百餘村民為維護自身權益，頂著寒冷天氣拉起白布條抗爭。
赤崁村長黃禮聰表示，基地台獲得NCC（國家通信傳播委員會）核發執照（到期日明年底），雖然法令與實驗不能證明電磁波會影響人體健康與罹癌，但既然民眾有疑慮，籲請NCC、遠傳電信能夠積極處理，協調拆遷到較妥適的地方。
對基地台鄰近村民的反映，據了解NCC曾經發文給澎湖縣政府，表示要看縣府的態度，而鄰近住戶也曾向白沙鄉公所、澎湖縣政府檢舉過違建，但卻遲遲未見相關單位有所動作。
對於民眾的控訴，昨日澎湖縣政府建設處長王鏘魁表示，電信設備無法構成違建要素，但民眾既然有疑慮，近期內將會派建管科人員前往現場實地勘查，但因基地台權責屬NCC管理，他們也無法進行撤照。
