俄國防部預告：將攻擊基輔 警告平民速離

在面臨前所未見的西方制裁和國際孤立之際，俄羅斯軍隊在烏克蘭第二大城市哈爾科夫發動襲擊、造成數十名平民喪命，並開始對首都基輔發動新一輪襲擊。
俄國國防部長1日對烏克蘭首都基輔民眾發布警告，表示俄軍將攻擊基輔的多個目標。俄國官員說，已準備好針對烏國安全部隊的科技中心和第72心理作戰中心發動「高精準打擊」。
俄國防部說：「我們強烈呼籲被國族主義利用來攻擊俄國烏克蘭民眾，以及住在相關目標附近的基輔居民盡速離開。」
