法新社報導，克里契科在通訊軟體Telegram發文表示，宵禁「將從晚間8時（格林威治標準時間21日18時）開始，持續到3月23日早晨7時（格林威治標準時間23日5時）。」
克里契科指出，「商店、藥局、加油站」和其他場所將不開放營業，且只有獲得特別許可的車輛才能行駛在基輔。俄羅斯與烏克蘭的戰爭在近4個星期前開打至今，基輔已實施一連串宵禁，最近一次宵禁在上週實施，持續了35個小時。
路透社報導，根據烏克蘭檢察總長的說法，基輔波迪爾區（Podil）的民宅和一處商圈昨天晚間遭受砲擊，導致至少8人喪命。
克里契科透過通訊軟體Telegram表示：「根據目前我們掌握的消息，數間民宅和一處購物中心受到砲擊。」
他還說，救難隊試圖撲滅購物中心的大火，其他細節仍有待確認。基輔的緊急救難服務當局指出，有4人不幸遇難。
俄羅斯國防部昨天表示，俄國空軍動用巡弋飛彈攻擊烏克蘭瑞夫尼州（Rivne Region）的烏國軍事設施。
俄國國防部發言人科納申科夫（Igor Konashenkov）指出：「高精準度空射巡弋飛彈擊中一處外籍傭兵和烏克蘭民族主義軍隊的訓練中心。」
