台南市一名24歲劉姓男子以代操股票為由，成立社團集資，卻造人指控他近期捲款落跑，受害者眾，詐騙金額驚傳達5億元，也有70多位被害者串連向警方報案，粗估光有報案的投資人損失就達1億多元，南市警第四分局成立專案小組追查，今天凌晨在台北一家飯店落網，警方漏夜將人帶回偵訊，以釐清劉男作案手法及金流流向，依涉及銀行法偵辦。

劉男以代操股票吸金，常常在FB、IG秀出跑車、美食照片炫富，近期因股市波動，獲利分紅一再更改變動，投資人不滿要求退還本金，他竟捲款落跑人間蒸發，被害人到他的住處、洗鞋店找不到人，憤而報案，後來又爆出劉男生活豪奢，出手包小姐過夜一晚就要60萬，更是讓投資者憤怒不已。

警方成立專案小組追查，據悉，劉男落跑後前往北部，由女友及其另位女性友人接應，連續入住數家星級飯店，在轉換地點時遭到埋伏警方鎖定，凌晨攻堅抓人，現場查扣百萬元現金，劉男落網後自認是投資失敗負債，他覺得投資本來就有賺有賠，他先後還不少人錢，也有誠意解決，「但坑太大，真的無法處理了。」
