打一劑下降97%風險 嘉義縣衛生局籲打疫苗防MIS-C

根據研究，打一劑新冠疫苗就可下降97%染疫引發MIS-C的風險，嘉義縣衛生局呼籲民眾完整接種疫苗（圖：嘉義縣衛生局提供）

疫情進入高原期，兒童染疫數有增加趨勢，嘉義縣10歲以下染疫幼童累計2575人，為防堵重症發生，嘉義縣全面提升接種速度，自5月25日兒童疫苗開打以來，5至11歲第1劑疫苗接種率已達81.7%，再加上確診人數，6日中央公布嘉義縣社區涵蓋率高達89.5%全國第三，但兒童重症預防仍不得輕忽。

衛生局長趙紋華表示，近來國內出現首例兒童確診康復後，發生MIS-C兒童多系統發炎症候群案例，雖然發生率極低，仍引發媒體議論及家長恐慌。專家表示MIS-C發生族群0~19歲都有可能，但以6~12歲最多，致死率約1%~2%，及時醫療介入可有效降低死亡率，提醒若家中子女不慎染疫，康復後六週內都是觀察期，仍應注意健康變化，特別是突然持續的發燒，若合併出現腹痛、腹瀉、皮膚出疹、嘔吐、眼睛充血和頭暈「6大警示症狀」任一症狀，善用兒童綠色通道儘速就醫治療。

為強化醫療量能整備，嘉義縣4大醫院全面加開專責病床，總數已達334床，包括專責病房289床、負壓隔離床41床、專責加護病房34床、尤其特別規劃小兒加護病房13床，量能雲嘉嘉南地區最高，以最高規格因應急重症醫療及緊急處置。

趙紋華說，根據國外研究發現，打一劑新冠疫苗就可以下降97%染疫引發MIS-C的風險，幸而嘉義縣5-11歲第一劑社區涵蓋率高達89.5%，12-17歲接種率更高達95.5%，目前29場次校園接種已陸續開打，呼籲民眾完整接種疫苗。
