雞排妹自爆【整壞了】遭醫美診所提告妨害名譽 結果出爐

藝人雞排妹10年前出道時，與高雄知名醫美診所元和雅簽約，以廣告代言換免費抽脂手術，前年底，雞排妹在臉書粉專發文抨擊整型被「做壞了」，在網路公審元和雅，診所提告加重誹謗罪，雄檢認定未逾越「合理評論原則」，偵結處分不起訴，元和雅不滿，發聲明怒嗆雞排妹「寫真集內容都是修圖而來？」，並強調將依法提起再議。
檢方指出，前年12月23日，鄭家純在臉書粉專發文「我的大腿做過兩次抽指手術，因為18歲時在元和雅做壞了，導致得找信任的醫美做第二次補救」，引發外界關注，接連幾天，鄭家純又陸續轉貼公開多位網友給她的私訊，內容包含「我自己本身是整壞受害者（2017年末手術的），我的胸部和眼頭都是整壞的」、「他們所有護士都會拿來看，一起笑一起討論，有些女網美去做陰道緊實的術前照（要拍私處），他們的男諮詢師都會拿來看」等。
元和雅不滿，向雞排妹提出刑、民事告訴（尚在審理），刑事部分，雄檢傳喚鄭出庭說明，鄭說，她在臉書上貼文說的內容都是真實的，身為公眾人物，擁有話語權，不僅是為了私人還必須用來幫助市民發聲，這些當事人都是20歲的年輕人，不知道主張自己權利，誤信診所會幫她們修護，導致自己權益受損，如果真的想要毀損他們的商譽，她可以請匿名的網軍直接針對高雄元和雅診所負評，而不是引用真實的訊息。
檢方認為，雞排妹撰寫貼文及轉貼他人訊息，是依自身體驗及主觀想法，而非憑空杜撰，屬可受公評之事，尚未逾越「合理評論原則」之範疇，難以認定具有「真實之惡意」，因此認定罪證不足處分不起訴。
診所則強調，鄭家純的言論與事實恰恰相反，質疑她寫真集內容，難道都是靠修圖而來？鄭的言論已足以貶損元和雅診所的名譽，主觀上也沒有任何查證，顯然有誹謗元和雅診所的犯意，診所將在收受不起訴處分書後，依法提起再議，維護診所名譽。
