影/獅王瀑布登山客走失後疑墬落山坡死亡

高雄市民眾王0申與李0沅（71年次）等一行友人共8人於6月26日星期日一同到獅王瀑布健行，於當日9時55分許當團夥徒步往獅王瀑布路徑，因李男行走隊伍前方擔任前導，行至途中山坡草叢，卻發現失去李男縱跡，經撥打李男電話與其聯繫，通話中李男告知王男迷路了，王男則請他在現場等候，並發定位給他，惟因王男一直尋找不到李男，王男復於12時30分許再次打電話給李男，電話有通，但已沒人接應，遂撥打119報案請求搜救。

內埔分局經接獲119轉報，即派員協同消防局瑪家分隊、特搜大隊、義消特搜等，共4車16人前往現場，搜尋至21時許因天色黑暗無法執行搜尋救援，故搜尋行動暫時結束先行下山，於昨日早上7時再行上山搜救，經搜救人員以空拍機搜尋發現一可疑亮點後，於8時55分發現李男並於9時10分由直升機吊掛，後送屏東基督教醫院救治，經於9時31分送醫後宣告不治。
失蹤者為李姓男子、71年次，昨（27）日8時55分許發現李男時，經搜救人員研判已OHCA，後送醫療院所救治仍宣告不治死亡；檢視李男頭部撕裂傷、全身手腳多處擦挫傷，研判應為墬落山坡所致，詳細死因已報請相驗釐清中。
報案人王○申本次入山申請計11人，惟實際成行8人，經查本次山難事件李男並未於申請入山名冊內，依社會秩序維護法71條規定，可處新臺幣6000元以下罰鍰，惟須經勸導不聽，且行為人李男已死亡，故無法處罰。民眾王○申與李○沅等一行友人共8人均為高雄市民。
內埔分局長莊順智表示，因原鄉山區擁有許多絕美景緻吸引登山愛好者健行，惟登山的危險及不確定性，建議登山民眾務必要有熟悉山域環境、基本救命術證照領隊、攜帶定位功能器材、通訊設備、辦理登山保險等，以避免發生不幸山難事件。
