炒股炒到賠錢不起訴 高雄市議員黃明太：釐清真相還我清白

早期是民進黨大金主，2018年被徵召競選高雄市第2選舉區（茄萣區、湖內區、路竹區、阿蓮區、田寮區）議員，以第二高票當選的高市議員黃明太，去年被檢調懷疑他涉嫌炒股，但檢方後來發現他「炒股炒到賠錢」，且長期持有這些股票，偵結處分不起訴，檢察官依職權送再議，高雄高分檢駁回，讓他順利炒股醜聞脫身。

60歲的黃明太是高雄路竹人，名下有營造、環保、工程等10幾間公司，早期是民進黨的大金主，他雖然在2018年首度當選新科議員，但在高雄政界早已為人熟知，出入議會時常被尊稱「太哥」、「總裁」。
檢方指出，與黃明太熟稔的李姓夫妻檔（另案偵辦中），疑為了從股海中賺錢，於是找上金主黃明太和台灣蠟品董座兼總經理林哲印一起炒股，檢調發現他們買了大立高、三洋紡及邁達康3家股票，而這三檔股票在他們持有期間，確實有出現異常波動。
去年2月，檢調發動大規模搜索，在全台動員約100名調查官，分別前往台北、高雄、桃園、花蓮等地進行蒐證，黃明太應訊時喊冤，指自己雖然是用兩名媳婦的銀行帳戶買賣股票，但絕無炒股。
黃明太解釋，他早年做工程倒閉有積欠債務，因債務尚未還清，2001再出來創業還債時，才會用孩子的名義擔任公司負責人，所以手上有孩子和媳婦的銀行帳戶，但不是把他們當人頭。
檢方查出，黃明太於017年4月買進邁達康，同年9月底賣出、2017年2月買進大立高，同年9月底才賣出，三洋紡這檔股票雖然分三個時段買進，但持有時間都超過2個月才賣出，且3檔股票都沒有連續高價買入、低價賣出或是相對成交的情形。
檢方認為，沒有積極事證證明黃明太和台灣蠟品董座林哲印共謀炒股，且他們持有的三檔股票「有賺有賠」，因此認定為合法投資，偵結處分不起訴；檢方察官依職權送請再議，高雄高分檢駁回，讓黃明太順利從這起炒股案脫身。
