中華職棒中信兄弟啦啦隊Passion Sisters人氣爆棚，不只吸引粉絲追捧，也引起警方注意，台南市警四分局華平派出所一名劉姓員警，今年6月竟利用警政電腦系統，查詢Passion Sisters女孩相關資料，市警局查核時發現異常，調查出劉姓員警並非公務使用，祭出2支小過重懲並停止其查閱權限，施姓派出所長也因督導不周，連帶1支申誡處分。

據了解，臉書社群專業「靠北警察」9日晚間有網友PO文，指出台南安平有員警用公務系統偷查直棒啦啦隊女孩的照片資料，前後還有好幾十筆，竟然都沒傳出懲處消息，還一樣正常上班，質疑「是不是壓下來了，有背景嗎？真厲害欸！」
事件發生的華平派出所屬台南市警第四分局，警方指出，市警局稽核電腦發覺系統有派出所員警異常查詢資料，交警分局主動清查，發現該名劉姓年輕警員利用警政電腦系統，查詢非公務個資，涉及不當使用，劉姓警員則辯稱因好奇，才在上班時間鍵入資料查詢。

警方表示，目前比對其他資料，暫時未發現洩密情事，但非因公查詢民眾個資，對劉姓警員予以加重記小過兩支，並停止查詢系統權限，所長督導不周申誡處分，均已報警察核備，無偏袒情事，將持續教育員警落實查詢紀律，如經查獲從重議處。。
據了解，劉姓警員在華平派出所服務近半年，平日表現正常，他向長官表示出於好奇才查詢Passion Sisters啦啦隊成員資料，事發後也十分後悔；資深員警說，警政系統內控嚴格，是用於與案件有關的查詢，不要說是名人了，連查詢自己的名字，都會被要求合理說明，只能說年輕人「好傻好天真」。
