合夥開中古車行經營理念鬧不和 竟持改制衝鋒槍開槍追殺

黃姓男子和許姓男合夥開中古車行，兩人為了經營理念鬧不和，拆夥後，許男疑不滿財務未清，找黃男理論時，竟在火鍋店持改制衝鋒槍連開5槍，黃男頭、胸、手部中彈，幸送醫後命大挽回一命，雄檢偵結後依槍砲、殺人未遂罪將許男起訴。
檢方指出，新興區六合路某知名連鎖火鍋店今年3月19日晚間9點多傳出槍響，中彈的38歲黃姓男子當時和女友一起到火鍋店吃飯，結果在廁所門口被人連開5槍，倒臥在血泊中由警、消送醫搶救，行凶的歹徒則趁隙逃跑，過程中還一度行搶路人機車未遂。
黃男送醫時臉部、右胸和右臂各中一槍，所幸頭部的槍傷穿過臉頰，未傷及要害，經醫院搶救後挽回一命；警方獲報籌組專案小組全力緝凶，經調閱監視器發現許男犯案動向，案發後4小時在大寮區發現許嫌駕駛的車輛，循線包抄將許男追緝到案，並從他車上起獲改造手槍2支及81顆子彈，又在槍擊地點找到被許男丟棄的衝鋒槍。
許男落網後坦承犯行，聲稱自己為了中古車行的事才會開槍洩憤，檢方根據相關事證，偵結後依槍砲、殺人未遂罪將許男起訴。
