正妹遭歹徒尾隨入屋做出不軌舉動 判決出爐！

高市一名23歲的正妹清晨返家時，遭歹徒尾隨入屋，扯破她的衣服後做出不軌舉動，正妹尖叫並抓破歹徒的臉才得以逃脫，事後警方循線逮捕涉案的25歲蘇姓光罩工人，蘇賠了40萬元換取正妹諒解後，法官認為他尚有悔悟之心，依侵入住宅強制猥褻罪判刑2年、緩刑5年。
判決指出，去年2月7日清晨5點多，正妹騎車返家時，被蘇姓男子盯上，蘇男見她獨自一人，於是尾隨正妹後方，趁她開門時，強行鑽入屋內，並將正妹推倒後，趁正妹還來不及反抗，一把扯破她的上衣，伸手對正妹襲胸。
正妹遇害時雖然驚恐萬分，但仍保持鎮靜與惡狼搏鬥，她一邊扯開喉嚨大聲尖叫，另一邊則揮手狂打蘇男，蘇男見對方不肯就範，擔心犯行敗露，於是只能放棄倉惶逃離；正妹重獲自由後趕緊報案，警方也循線逮捕蘇男到案。
檢警偵辦時，蘇男否認犯行，辯稱自己在馬路上跟正妹偶遇時，不小心把鑰匙卡在她的包包，他是想拿回鑰匙才跟著入屋，絕無對正妹做出不軌舉動；但檢方根據驗傷報告及附近監視器畫面，認定相關事證明確，不採信蘇男說詞，依依加重強制猥褻罪起訴他。
高雄地院審理時，蘇趕緊拿出40萬元跟正妹和解，並向法官求情自己還有兩個年幼的孩子、老婆懷孕中，如果他去坐牢家中將頓失經濟來源；法官考量他已實際付出行動彌補正妹的損失，加上犯後態度良好，尚有悔悟之心，因此輕判緩刑5年，可上訴。
