《這個好》「府城漢堡節」香氣四溢連3天 快來小西門國泰置地廣場「吃堡堡」

由台南市觀光旅遊局與晶英酒店合作的「府城漢堡節」5日起一連三天在小西門國泰置地廣場熱鬧登場，這次活動規模再擴大，共集結近20家在地人氣漢堡店家與快閃餐車，現場超過五十款口味的漢堡包，以台南WAY（胃）為主題，容物多款在地精選食材，私廚、職人挑戰味蕾製作超級無敵漢堡包，包括酥脆蝦餅、經典小吃棺材板、新鮮石斑魚與虱目魚、南市農特產品等紛紛入菜，將在地鮮美食材與創意完美呈現，還不快來尋「堡」吃「堡」。

身為台南首席美食吃貨大師的市長黃偉哲，自然不會錯過品嘗美味漢堡的機會，今（6）日特地到現場大飽口福，還與神秘嘉賓型男主廚陳德烈突擊各漢堡攤位，聯手向市民大眾推薦台南在地食材入菜的創意漢堡。

黃偉哲說，「府城漢堡節」今年是第四屆開辦，希望透過特色料理方式，將台南人對於食材的挑選、美食的堅持、職人態度全部展現，以活動讓每位私廚職人達到交流目的，激盪台南美食新口味，府城漢堡節除了推廣在地特色食材外，更是考驗主廚的創意發揮，為漢堡注入在地靈魂，刷新視覺與味蕾跌宕體驗，絕對顛覆饕客對於漢堡的傳統印象。

擁有中餐烹調乙級技術士的型男主廚陳德烈，今天以神秘嘉賓現身，並以主廚身分為大家解答美食小秘密，品嘗多款漢堡，並和黃偉哲市長，以及民眾進行現場猜猜樂等多項小遊戲；活動現場除了美味漢堡、露天餐會以外，另外還有安排FOCA福爾摩沙馬戲團、統一萊恩獅快閃、各樣藝術活動、親子活動、美聲音樂等戶外活動，邀請大家一起來台南盛夏美食嘉年華瘋狂一夏！
