嘉義縣布袋鎮人氣美食名店黑皮海鮮餐廳，昨天下午遭1輛轎車衝撞，造成店家停放路旁的車輛及攤位毀損，所幸無人受傷，警方調查指出，肇事闖禍者是19歲無駕照的陳姓男子，酒測值零。

布袋警分局指出，昨天下午1點零6分在布袋鎮中山路發生交通事故，警方到場處理，發現為來自台中市19歲無駕照陳姓男子，開車沿著布袋鎮中山路由東往西行駛，在中山路43號附近，欲迴轉至7-11統一超商，因不明原因暴衝，失控撞上路邊停放黑皮海鮮餐廳老板的車輛及攤架，車輛、招牌及操作台損壞，所幸無人受傷，經警方酒測，陳姓駕駛無飲酒。
