青春專案啟動，方仰寧局長籲柬埔寨打工應立即通報攔阻

暑假期間為避免青少年涉足不當場所，預防青少年偏差行為及被害，臺南市政府警察局於昨(13)日21時至1時，執行暑期青春專案全國同步防制少年涉足不當場所擴大臨檢專案勤務。由局長方仰寧特別指示加派警力協助永康分局執行本項專案勤務，為了防止青少年涉入特種不正當場所與行業而受到影響；另在轄區重要聯外道路及橋樑實施強勢包圍封鎖式之路檢盤查勤務，以強化整體區域的掃蕩作為以淨化社會治安，斷絕治安污染源，展現警察打擊犯罪決心。

永康分局於昨(13)日21時至1時執行暑期青春專案，21時30分由局長方仰寧親自主持勤教後，立即到該分局大門親自校閱專案勤務威力掃蕩出勤，隨即率永康分局分局長甘炎民等人至臨檢處所實施慰勤，專案人員亦有規劃宣導組，藉機運用手持反毒、反詐、反賭等宣導標語，提醒民眾勿渉足或接觸不法場所與毒品外，尤其特別針對近期遭騙前往國外柬埔寨從事非法打工卻遭囚禁、性侵或販賣器官等之人口販運犯罪行為加強宣導與提醒，呼籲民眾共同防止遭騙被害再發生，遇有周邊民眾疑似有欲前往打工請立即通報反應，讓警方能立即啟動攔阻措施。

本次青春擴大臨檢專案勤務，共計查獲公共危險2件2人及涉及兒少性剝削2件2人等成果，而其中查獲2名少年車手，正因適逢暑假期間，參與陣頭結識、聽信他人，介紹工作機會而誤入詐欺集團，被高於打工之不法報酬所吸引，竟食髓知味多次聯手犯案，遭警方逮捕後悔不已。
而本次掃蕩臨檢特定店家中，原本業者以為警方正要離開之際，在警方喊出一句話，卻栽在這六個字（『三劑未打舉手』），由於本次專案編組有將防疫專責小組納編執行，針對疫情指揮中心宣布，要求進入特定娛樂場所的顧客，都要提供至少接種三劑疫苗的證明，遂也接續一一針對現場工作人員及顧客進行檢查，卻查獲3店家，違反規定計11件11人，讓業者當場也錯愕，忽略防疫安全措施。
