種樹百里員警烈日罰站惹議 屏警局澄清屏鵝公路暑期交通歴年均交通疏導

屏東縣政府警察局澄清，屏東警方為暑期旅遊交通順暢，歷年均編排勤務加強交通疏導，且可機動性快速排除交通事故。圖_屏東縣警局提供
種樹百里工程惹民怨，不時有民眾上社群媒體留言，近期更有媒體報導員警於靠北police發文「明明路口就有施工單位交管人員，還堅持警察站路口指揮」「警察全部都去烈日罰站，歷史以來高溫，督勤的只會叫人出去站」等。
屏東縣政府警察局澄清，屏東警方為暑期旅遊交通順暢，歷年均編排勤務加強交通疏導，且可機動性快速排除交通事故，以避免車流壅塞情形，非媒體所報導為種樹百里工程而特別編排，針對工區部分，警察局另有要求承商需聘請義勇交通警察擔任工區指揮的工作。

經統計暑期七月份屏鵝公路週六日每週南下、北上車流最高均達30,000PCU，造成嚴重的壅塞，且因道路的容量有限，必須以調撥車道來讓車流保持順暢，但在部分路口因為轉向車流安全及效率的問題，需藉由指派員警指揮疏導，以提供更安全有效的指引，以致於與佔用道路施工的「種樹百里2.0」工區路口重疊；但事實上，絕大多數的工區跟路口都是由施工廠商聘請義交來執行交管工作。警察局的員警只擔負影響交通順暢與安全的路口，以及應變交通事故疏處的勤務。
