臺南市警察局第二分局針對轄內高風險場所持續探訪稽查，於14日再度主動出擊，在中西區湖美街某美學活氧會館查獲1對男女正在進行半套性交易，並將現場櫃臺管理者、顧客及服務小姐帶回調查，全案依違反刑法妨害風化罪及社會秩序維護法調查送辦，有效斬斷「色情連結」。
第二分局行政組日前探訪獲報，在湖美街某美學活氧會館疑以「掛羊頭，賣狗肉」方式，藉精油按摩、活氧美學養生等名義違法從事色情性交易。警方連日派員探訪，於14日下午5時許在現場埋伏時，發現有1名顧客先在店家外來回徘徊後續進入消費，在30分鐘神情緊張、低頭之際實施攔檢，當場查知其剛與美學館內之楊姓女美容師侍從事完俗稱0.3套之色情性交易。

警方調查，該店陳姓負責人及許姓女櫃臺以每小時1,400元媒介服務生與客人從事性交易服務，並每次抽取600元之媒介費用，且周邊並裝設多支監視鏡頭，以規避警方之査緝。警方也發現，該店門面雖標榜活氧美學養生，且門面擺放有多款精油美妝用品，標榜提供去角質、油壓熱敷等服務，如非經警方深入探查破獲，從外觀很難查知其有從事性交易之犯行。警方於現場共查扣現場色情營業監視器鏡頭及帳冊等證物，陳姓負責人及許姓女櫃檯依刑法妨害風化罪移送偵辦；另女服務生與男顧客依社會秩序維護法裁處重罰。
第二分局表示，防疫工作為當前大家最為關心及注意，任何人都應避免不當之接觸並提高防疫警覺，警方也將持續針對轄內特定行業等高風險場所，加強臨檢及防疫稽查工作，全力防杜色情交易成為疫情散播途徑，全力守護市民健康及為護善良風氣。
