恆春鎮中山老街違停嚴重及車輛發出巨大聲響妨害安寧一事，恆春分局於暑假期間每週六、日12時至18時人潮聚集時段及路段均有規劃交通大執法及清道專案勤務，統計今(111)年7月1日至8月14日止，本分局於恆春鎮中山路老街、中正路及恆西路等人潮聚集，道路較狹窄路段共舉發交通違規停車計63件，111全年度於上述路段共計取締224件。另針對超跑或大型重機車等改裝及發出巨大聲響車輛，恆春分局今年共取締23件，持續結合公路監理及縣府環保單位執行聯合稽查取締，以維護道路安全及民眾居住環境。

恆春分局分局長林明波表示，恆春鎮內道路路幅不寬，道路兩旁商家林立，如臨停容易造成堵車或擦撞，請民眾勿違規停車，也重申超跑及大型重機車主，行經人潮較多路段勿製造噪音及危險駕駛，本分局將嚴正執法，以維護用路人行的安全及民眾居住安寧。
