獨居婦深夜跌倒動彈不得 幸有潮警緊急相助

87歲吳姓老婦人獨居在家，因下樓梯至一樓時不慎跌倒在地，導致小腿受傷而無法起身。圖_潮州警分局提供
潮州分局中山路派出所警員林鈞民、褚克強日前執行巡邏勤務， 接獲報稱聽見鄰居在家發出哀號聲，需要警方協助，林、褚兩員立即馳赴潮州鎮光輪路段，發現住家大門深鎖，但從客廳玻璃門可看見一名婦人疑似跌坐在自家地上，無法自行起身，警方立即通知鎖匠協助開鎖，並通知救護車迅速將老婦人送醫救治。
據了解，因子女外地工作關係，87歲吳姓老婦人獨居在家，因下樓梯至一樓時不慎跌倒在地，導致小腿受傷而無法起身，還好鄰居聽見有人發出疼痛的叫聲，因而報警尋求協助，經警方到場作緊急處置後，該老婦人經送醫救治後並無大礙，老婦人親屬到場後對警方協助之舉紛紛表示感謝。
潮州分局長簡彥匡呼籲，家中若有獨居長輩，平時除定期關懷其身體狀況及生活起居外，為避免發生意外，可將手機或無線電話放置其隨手可取之處，以利及時對外求援，遇有緊急狀況時，能通知鄰近派出所或家屬前往長輩家中提供協助，保護獨居長者的居家安全。
