移民署台南市專勤隊逮20非法外籍移工 3雇主1仲介送辦

缺工問題嚴重，有雇主、仲介鋌而走險，非法聘雇外來人口、失聯移工，已成為治安及疫情隱憂，移民署南區事務大隊台南市專勤隊接獲相關情資，經過多日調查後，1日會同南市勞工局，動員超過30名人力，兵分3路搜索，在轄區內出租套房、資源回收場等地點，一口氣查獲20名非法外來人口到案，將全數依違反入出國及移民法解送收容所，後續執行驅逐出境，另外也將3名非法雇主及1名非法仲介移送法辦。

專勤隊先是在鹽水區一處出租套房外埋伏，先前經過多次勘查，得知該處所居住的非法外籍移工都是上午出門工作，遂利用清晨拂曉出擊，前後包夾突襲，逐一清查房間，光此處就查獲9人，其中有2名失聯移工被屋外人聲吵醒，發現已經被專勤隊員包圍，嚇到躲進房間廁所，還將門反鎖，以為這樣就不會被發現，誰知專勤隊員僅以10元硬幣，就把喇叭鎖打開，錯愕的2人只好乖乖就逮。
另外一處的失聯移工為了躲避追查，整個人竄入低矮的水泥夾層，像蜘蛛人般撐在夾層內，想要蒙混過關，但專勤隊員仔細搜索，加上夾層內實在悶熱難耐，讓他們躲到滿身大汗、雙手雙腳顫抖不停，專勤隊員好說歹說，才讓他們放棄抵抗，爬出來後直喊累，一時半刻起不了身，相當狼狽。

台南市專勤隊隊長李建雄表示，違法聘僱非法外來人口，依就業服務法可裁罰15萬元以上，75萬元以下罰鍰，5年內再犯更涉及刑責，最重將面臨3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科新臺幣120萬元以下罰金；為落實外來人口安全管理，專勤隊將持續追查非法雇主及仲介，展現嚴正執法的決心，也呼籲民眾踴躍檢舉共同打擊不法，專線06-5813019。
