台灣EMBA「黑潮之路」大帆船賽授旗鳴笛 60企業家10月逐浪拚高下

台灣四面環海，海洋運動發展深具潛力，為加大帆船運動推廣力道，中華民國大師運動協會和7所大專院校EMBA帆船社團攜手合作，成功組織全台首屆EMBA「黑潮之路」大帆船邀請賽，將在10月航程中共同跨越海上黑潮，寫下紀錄，活動主場地則設在台南，2日上午先是舉辦海洋運動休閒與經濟發展研討會，下午在安平港舉行授旗鳴笛儀式，象徵這場台灣帆船史上最大型的大學大帆船賽正式啟動，現場氣氛熱烈。

近年海上運動逐漸興盛，尤其帆船運動、遊艇休閒等也慢慢普及，其中大帆船航海運動門檻非常高，除了需要具備價值不菲，能夠橫渡大洋的龍骨帆船，還需要熟悉複雜的帆船航海技能，而此技能通常需要至少數月的密集訓練，因此這次活動集結8校、7艘大帆船、60位企業及各界菁英同場競技，相當有意義。
在下午登場的授旗儀式前，主辦單位也舉辦一場「藍色經濟：海洋運動休閒與經濟發展研討會」，來自全台的產、官、學界帆船菁英齊聚一堂，為台灣帆船遊艇產業發展報告獻策，代表海洋委員會出席的海洋資源處處長王茂城表示，在法規鬆綁、設施改善、產業推廣等面向上，政府可以做的層面很多，會將意見帶回，與各部會協調，替海洋休閒運動行銷盡更多心力。

參與這場賽事的7支隊伍可說是冠蓋雲集，台大EMBA帆船隊長張鈞豪是親家建設董事長，他具備美國ASA帆船船長資格，2019年在海峽盃帆船賽中就順利橫渡台灣海峽；政大EMBA帆船隊隊長黃莉樺是7隊中唯一的女性船長，擁有ASA帆船教練資格的她，也曾在2020澎湖盃帆船賽中獲得總冠軍，可說是巾幗不讓鬚眉。
陽明交大種子隊隊長則由上市網通大廠居易科技董事長馬鴻方領軍，「馬船長」航海資歷傲人，不但以大帆船環島巡航台灣周邊海域，也多次參加台琉杯賽事跨國航行；北科大長風破浪隊則是台灣EMBA帆船界的一匹黑馬，由名列台灣百大經理人的羅國材社長帶隊，帆船社雖成立不到一年，但在羅國材導入企管模式下，許多社員在短時內取得帆船航海證照，還舉辦各種推廣訓練。

師大、國體大師帆船隊則由友晶創新、駝峰航海董事長彭顯恩領頭，彭顯恩長期推動帆船運動，剛拿下2022澎湖杯總冠軍的他，不但是個帆船教練，也創辦駝峰航海帆船學校，打造大帆船維修基地，並提供船主後勤服務。
這次的地主台南，一口氣推出成大與南台科大參賽，成功大學EMBA由身為成功大學EMBA校友總會帆船社社長的胡台強船長負責訓練；南台科大EMBA帆船隊在管理學院院長張瑞星全力支持、亞果遊艇集團董事長侯佑霖的大力贊助下迅速成軍，並接受嚴格的訓練，表現令人期待。

這7支隊伍在授旗後將把握時間，加緊練習，在10月15日進行安平至高雄長航賽，及16日進行小琉球繞島賽；中華大師運動協會理事長彭臺臨說，參賽選手是各大專院校的EMBA班精英，也是在事業有成的企業家，他們帶頭響應，不僅推動帆船運動，更對台灣運動產業的未來注入源頭活水，前景看好。
