黑衣男超商偷手機 不及變賣2小時遭逮送辦

臺南市警察局第二分局中正派出所於12日9時30分受理被害人羅小姐至所報案稱，其在康樂街超商內工作，因一時忙碌將自身所有之手機放置於飲料箱上竟遭人竊取。警員盧季武等受理後立即前往超商勘驗監視器影像，發現是1名身著黑衣之男子，趁被害人忙碌疏未注意之際，將被害人放於飲料箱上之手機，藏放於手提袋內在若無其事走出超商離去。

經員警掌握犯嫌身形後，鍥而不捨從超商四周逐一調閱各項監視器，發現犯嫌行竊離開超商以步行方式四處遊蕩，並閃躲進入巷道意圖製造斷點規避查緝。但在中正所員警通力合作，就該區域公家及民間監視器逐一過濾，發現犯嫌最後身形出沒於距離超商300公尺外之中正路某飯店前。經中正所警員盧季武、周維佑於10時30分立即前往飯店訪查，竟在飯店大廳發現正欲外出且住宿在該飯店之彭姓黑衣男。經警方將其帶回調查並出示行竊具體事證，其也乖乖交付出行竊所得之手機1支，調查後為員警依涉嫌竊盜罪嫌函送法辦。
