娃娃機大盜不到一周偷遍台南　得手近20萬供稱全還債

台南市近期出現一名娃娃機大盜，24歲的彭姓男子涉嫌偷竊娃娃機店，從這個月20日開始下手，不到一個禮拜時間，至少犯下27起相關竊案，得手金額19萬餘元，作案區域遍布大台南，佳里、學甲、麻豆警方還組成專案小組因應，彭男昨（25）日在佳里區再度犯案，被埋伏員警逮個正著，他僅承認犯下部分案件，供稱贓款多用來還債，警方訊後將他依竊盜罪嫌送辦，並建請檢察官聲請預防性羈押。

彭男犯案的區域遍及台南，包括新營、學甲、麻豆、山上、玉井、永康、安南、南區、中西區等地，他利用深夜時分，持油壓剪破壞機台投幣箱鎖頭，再搜刮零錢，讓業者及警方相當頭痛，落網後南市有7個分局都派員到佳里分局清案，輪流偵訊彭男，調查後有27件與他有關，但彭男只認了其中12件，有的就算被錄下影像也不承認，相當狡猾。

警方調查，家住新竹的彭男有詐欺、竊盜等前科，平時居無定所，近來突然出現在台南將軍，20日起在佳里下手偷竊娃娃機店，魔手逐漸向外延伸，引起警方注意，佳里、學甲、麻豆派出所也相互聯繫分享情資、並組成專案小組，清查彭男行蹤，逐漸鎖定出沒時間及範圍，25日深夜11時27分他再度下手時，終於將人逮個正著。

警方分析彭男犯罪手法，作案前都會先竊取機車車牌，再懸掛於偷來的機車，或者騎腳踏車、搭計程車方式，針對無人看守的娃娃機店下手，而且並不像隨機犯案，對現場有一定程度了解，懷疑背後有人接應；他落網時身上僅有1000多元，作案所得都拿去還債，警方對此說法存疑，檢警正擴大偵辦中。
