在9月25日11時許，台南市永康區永康街80號，發生疑似駕駛不熟悉路況，失控撞上路邊攤商、機車，警方到場經查發現，肇事男子無照駕駛，警詢後依法開罰。

本起交通事故為裴姓越南籍男子無照駕駛自小客車於路口轉彎時，因不熟悉路況緊張失控衝撞對向路邊停放之機車、攤車及店家大門，巨大的碰撞聲，現場東西散落一地，讓經過的路人都嚇一大跳，所幸無人受傷，警方於排除事故現場後，請駕駛人將車輛移置路邊停放，該車不明原因悶燒冒煙，經立即通知消防隊到場撲滅。警方發現裴姓移工無照駕駛，車子是向阮姓女子借來，酒測值為零，但屬無照駕駛，警依法開罰。
