嘉縣首件詐領樂齡假牙補助案 衛生局嚴格把關杜絕不法

嘉義縣牙醫師詐領補助違反醫師法案件，全案為醫院主動查核發現不法並移送檢調偵辦，9月22日經地檢署偵查終結，檢方依詐欺案起訴。嘉義縣衛生局表示，杜絕不法犯罪行為，不容寬貸。
衛生局指出，王姓牙醫師涉詐領補助案件，係醫院發現該名醫師門診時段病患就診掛號異常，主動調閱紀錄查核，發現假牙申報與內部登錄不符，全案移送檢調偵辦。
衛生局長趙紋華表示，醫療院所需檢附申請文件照片、病歷等，活動假牙補助申請須依據「樂齡活動假牙裝置作業要點」進行申請與審核，由牙醫師公會及專家學者組成「樂齡假牙審查委員會」，採裝置前、後兩階段審核，經費申請程序嚴謹。
衛生局強調，此次不法案件由醫院前端把關，主動發現啟動內部機制查辦，縣府團隊同步嚴加把關，呼籲不要心存僥倖從事犯罪行為，否則將依法查處，絕不寬貸。
縣長翁章梁表示，為照顧老序大，明年樂齡活動假牙將持續辦理，目前有15,689位長者完成裝置，政策滿意度達95%，凡設籍本縣滿1年、年滿 65 歲及55歲以上原住民，經嘉義縣合約牙科醫療院所牙科醫師評估需裝置假牙者，都可以提出申請，由專業牙醫師提供完善的服務。
衛生局表示，裝置完成民眾要注意假牙清潔維護保養，咬合不適應者，請定期回診調整，相關問題可撥打服務專線0800-780-999，或電洽各鄉鎮市衛生所及衛生局網頁專區查詢，一口好牙，享受幸福好滋味。
