《球星世界》林均濠棄排轉籃竟是靠搭訕 進職籃轉型3號位新賽季盼穩定先發

去年成軍的P. LEAGUE+高雄鋼鐵人陣中有多名本土新秀，球隊第一輪選進的長人林均濠體能優異，高中才改練籃球的他，曾是FIBA 3對3籃球賽 U18組台灣代表隊，大學四年結束後卻一度想放棄籃球，甚至跑去當外送員還被球迷認出來，在教練開導下多留校1年，勤練外線及切入等，進入職籃後從4、5號位轉型改打小前鋒，希望新賽季能爭取到穩定的上場機會、成為鋼鐵人的重要戰力。

林均濠國小、國中分別加入田徑隊、排球隊，但他最有興趣的其實是籃球，國中身高就188公分的他，偏偏就讀的國中沒有籃球隊，所以才進了排球隊，在排球隊訓練敏捷性、爆發力與彈跳力的「練功」經歷，也替後來加入籃球隊打下不錯基礎；說起打籃球也是一次機緣，他和朋友出門，在過馬路的時候巧遇當時在泰山高中執教的陳志忠，在朋友慫恿下，他勇敢上前「搭訕」並毛遂自薦，也開啟籃球人生。

如願進入泰山高中後，林均濠每天就跟著學長操體能，他大喊吃不消，跑操場甚至跑到吐，往往是一整天都沒摸到球，他才意識到這是正規的籃球訓練，這一操也讓他的體能「開竅」，但當時的泰山高中人才濟濟，2年沒能先發不說，還目睹學長在HBL總冠軍賽被松山高中高國豪一人逆轉戰局的慘況；升上高三後登場比賽，才知道場上場下大不同，他也曾創下單場抓下19個籃板的紀錄，但因傷未能再創佳績。

「大隻雞晚啼」，進入台灣藝術大學就讀，直到升上大四，林均濠才打出代表作，扛下隊上主力的他，繳出得分、籃板雙十的平均記錄，每場也有1.9次阻攻，是禁區悍將，即便如此，他也曾想過放棄籃球，當過外送員、想考試進入公家機關工作，大學教練苦勸他不要放棄，留隊一年磨練多元進攻技巧，在出手次數倍增下，三分命中率還能維持近3成7的水準，也讓他獲得鋼鐵人青睞，成為職籃選手。

成為職業球員，林均濠發現各隊都有洋將坐鎮禁區，內線發展空間有限，再加強定點投射與空手切的訓練，希望能轉型到3號位，「以前在大學，想怎麼打就怎麼打，進到職業之後，想怎麼打就不能怎麼打。」林均濠說，進到職業讓他深刻感受到學生時期與職業的差別，他的首年給自己50分的不及格分數，覺得自己還可以進步的地方非常多。
