影/拾荒翁電動代步車電量耗盡，暖心警推車助返家

高雄一名80多歲拾荒老翁到屏東拾荒，因迷路導致電動代步車電量耗盡，雖老翁已筋疲力盡仍堅持要將沒電之代步車推回高雄市林園區，因時值深夜警方擔心老翁發生危險，遂將老翁電動車推回派出所協助充電，助老翁順利返家。
東港分局興龍派出所警員謝嘉勳、黃光輝於日前擔服夜間22時至24時巡邏勤務時，接獲民眾報案稱在屏東縣新園鄉台17線、臥龍路口有一名老翁徘迴路旁疑似需要協助，警方不敢大意隨即趕往現場瞭解。

經警方到達現場，發現係一名拾荒老翁因迷路導致電動代步車電量耗盡，雖老翁已筋疲力盡仍堅持要將沒電之代步車推回高雄市林園區五福路段之住所，因時值深夜時段車速較快，警方擔心老翁發生危險，故於查明老翁身分為鄭0信(27年次，獨居於高雄市林園區)後，細心的謝員發現鄭民有隨身攜帶電動代步車之充電器，最後先由黃員請老翁上巡邏警車載回派出所稍作休息，另由謝員將老翁之電動代步車推回2公里遠之派出所協助充電，待電動代步車充電完畢後，警方陪同鄭翁上路並引導其方向助其順利返家，過程中鄭翁十分感謝警方的協助，讓其能不必深夜流落街頭，暖心相助令其窩心。
東港警分局呼籲民眾，家中有年邁長者時，平時需多加關懷及照顧，並注意其動向。另民眾如發現有需幫助之人，亦請撥打110報案專線，透過警民合作，可避免憾事發生。
