警察兼差跑外送？真相原來是「這樣」！

在今日（29）永康分局接獲民眾反映，在Facebook外送員社團上，看見機車外觀竟貼有「臺南市政府警察局巡邏車」字樣。在接獲通知後，立即啟動調查，在永康區中正路一帶發現該車，也通知車主到案說明。

車主供稱係瀏覽網站時發現該款貼紙，覺得相當新奇而購入並張貼在機車上裝飾，而本分局調查發現該貼紙全部字樣為「臺南市政府警察局巡邏車」，雖然貼紙有（沒有這台）的註解，但字體相當的小且不明顯，容易造成民中誤認為警察機關車輛，有冒充警察公務機車之疑慮，更讓民眾誤導警察機關疑有公器私用或兼外賣等，有損警察機關形象。全案詢畢後，將車主依涉嫌冒充公務人員服裝官銜罪，函送臺南地檢署偵辦。

永康分局長甘炎民提醒，民眾在網路上購買來路不明的警察機關徽章、圖騰或字樣，裝飾在私人車輛上，此舉可能使民眾誤認為警用車輛公器私用之疑慮，影響警察機關形象。本案發現後，除將依法究辦並要求立即清除，呼籲民眾勿因一時新奇或趣味，而觸犯冒用政府官箋或服製等違法行為。
