台版「Ｎ號房」誘騙女子拍私密影片 硬碟藏1TB超過百人受害

臺南檢警於8月初拘提張嫌，聲押獲准目前仍羈押中，估計受害女子超過百人。
南警第五分局破獲一起如台版「N號房」的網路誘騙女子拍私密影像案件，張嫌犯，在網路上自稱「女攝影師」、「女經紀人」以「要面試模特兒」為由，以變聲器材偽裝女性，取得被害人信任，再用金錢誘騙女性拍下私密處，他側錄私密影片後，以恐嚇手段要求被害人繼續提供猥褻影片，至少有100位受害者，被害人年齡層廣泛，疑有多位未成年少女，經方也呼籲，希望被害人出面指認張嫌惡行，讓不法分子接受法律制裁。

據調查被害人，稱一名「女攝影師」邀約拍攝「Model card（模特兒卡）」，在視訊面試期間，有被要求裸露身體的情況，覺得不對勁，變向警方報案，經本分局調查該「女攝影師」其實是張嫌，他在交友APP「Azar」、社群APP「Instagram（俗稱：IG）」或臉書，假扮模特兒公司之女經紀人、女攝影師，以「賴思（詩）瑜」、「小思（詩）瑜」、「賴小瑜」等化名，聲稱在尋找模特兒，若條件符合，未來拍攝酬勞約在時薪新台幣2千500元至3千500元間，同時張嫌以事先下載之來路不明的女性影片、變聲器等軟體，假扮女性，取得被害人信任，再以「視訊面試」為由，誘騙被害人脫衣，側錄私密影片，再用這些私密影片威脅被害人，繼續提供猥褻影片，否則就將影片散布到網路、被害人所就讀之學校、工作場所。
張嫌將受害女子的照片、影片整理並存放硬碟內，有超過百人受害。
臺南地檢署儉股許檢察官華偉指揮偵辦，於8月初拘提張嫌，扣得犯罪用電腦主機一部、手機兩支、外接硬碟一顆等證物，內有約1TB之犯罪影片，從影片資訊研判，犯嫌犯案時間至少長達5年，至少有100位受害者，訊後本分局以詐欺、妨害秘密、兒少性剝削條例、強制、恐嚇等罪嫌，移送臺南地檢署擴大偵辦，犯嫌聲押獲准至今仍羈押中。
警方查扣硬碟內硬碟內有約1TB犯罪影片，及相關證物。
也因被害人年齡層廣泛，疑有多位未成年少女，因家境較不寬裕遭張嫌利誘，因散布全國各地、外島地區不易聯繫，因此第五分局呼籲，希望被害人出面指認張嫌惡行，勇於指認能讓不法分子接受法律制裁，同時也幫助其他被害人，強調未來司法程序，作為證據之影片絕不會曝光，被害人身分資料也會受到保護，不會透露個人資料在公開判決中，目前也正擴大追查張嫌是否散布犯罪影片至特定網站、論壇上牟利，若疑似遇到張嫌之被害狀況，可向本分局聯繫，電話06-259-8657，或加入LINE社群QR CODE聯繫。
