影/神明錢也敢偷!東港警查獲連續香油錢大盜

東港分局轄內發生數起宮廟香油錢竊盜案，犯案手法均為遭人進入用砂輪機切割破壞香油錢箱鎖頭後，竊取香油錢箱內金錢，案經警方擴大調閱監視器，發現竊嫌犯案時均先騎乘重機車至附近空地停放，再變裝並戴自製頭套後進入宮廟內行竊 。8-10月東港、新園、林邊、崁頂鄉等共發生9件宮廟香油錢竊盜案，損失金額共約6-7萬元。

案經東港分局組成專案小組跟監並比對作案機車及監視器畫面，發現李嫌（73年次）涉有重嫌，遂向屏東地檢署聲請搜索票執行查緝。李嫌一見警方持搜索票上門執行搜索，以飛快的速度奔跑至住家二樓並試圖想從二樓陽台跳樓，藉以躲避警方查緝，幸虧警方警覺性高，以肉身環抱李嫌阻止其跳樓，並將其壓制在地。警方現場查扣作案工具、作案衣物及贓款等證物，並持續追查其他贓款之流向。

東港警分局長張世儒表示，香油錢遭竊已危害社會安全，警方對民生竊盜將全力投入偵辦，且呼籲民眾如發現可疑人、事、物，請立即與警方聯絡，共同打擊不法。
