影/驚悚！屏東法拍屋交屋2樓見白骨警消欲破門時3樓女子自焚燒成焦屍

屏東縣內埔鄉一棟法拍屋，得標主（17）日晚間前往欲找原屋主商量點交事宜，因屋內燈亮著2樓窗戶未關，大聲呼叫屋內人均未回應，遂用梯子爬上2樓查看赫然發現2樓有一具白骨，嚇得連忙報警，警方與消防人員正準備破門時，3樓卻竄出火光，消防人員入室搶救，發現一具女性焦屍，由於現場未發現相關身分證明文件，檢警正深入調查死者身份及死因。

屏東縣政府警察局內埔分局111年10月17日18時許接獲民眾報案，稱於內埔鄉嘉應路一處民宅發現一具白骨，警消獲報後立即到場處置。
警方到場後即拉起封鎖線封鎖現場，經釐清案情報案人向警方表示係該屋法拍得標主，日內到該處欲尋原屋主點交房屋，因屋見內燈亮、二樓窗戶未關，又大呼屋內均未獲回應，遂爬梯上二樓朝屋內查看，瞥見疑似白骨躺臥在屋內床上，這才嚇得報警。
警消人員當下決定破門進入瞧個究竟，正當準備破門進入時，三樓室內突竄火光，消防人員立即拉起水線灌救，將火勢即時撲滅，並進入屋內發現二樓床上躺臥白骨一具、再上三樓亦發現焦屍一具。
現場陳設擺放整齊，未發現有遺留遺書，亦未發現相關身份證明文件，也未有打鬥痕跡，爰依法先報請屏東地檢署相驗，後續內埔警分局持續釐清死者身份及死因。
內埔警分局長莊順智表示警方會全力釐清死者身份，並追查死因，亦呼籲民眾珍惜生命，有困難可向警方求助或由警方轉介相關單位、團體協助解決困境。
