債務糾紛起衝突 男子開槍行凶逃逸 警2.5小時緝捕到案

高雄市政府警察局新興分局於10月21日1時20分左右獲報於高雄市前金區五福三路與文武二街口疑似有槍響，遂派遣快打警組趕赴現場處理。員警到場時未發現開槍者，但現場發現地上遺留子彈2顆、彈殼1顆，現場無人受傷。隨即將在場4名目擊證人帶回分局深入調查釐清。

案經新興分局與刑警大隊共組專案小組擴大調閱週邊監視器並於現場採證，掌握特定作案車輛，於兩個半小時，循線在左營區，逮捕開槍的李嫌(男，43歲)，並於其身上起獲作案槍枝一把及三顆子彈。

經瞭解，李嫌與潘男(33歲)相約商討債務，過程中，一言不合，李嫌憤而開槍行兇，隨即逃離現場。專案小組循線於3時40分許，於李嫌上車時、同仁上前緝捕，惟李嫌發現警方，並欲取槍作困獸之鬥，員警依法大膽使用警械，順利逮捕李嫌，全案依刑法殺人未遂及槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例移送偵辦。
