臺南市政府警察局永康分局經過長期蒐證查緝，終破獲瓦解跨國性交易應召集團，一舉共計規劃搜索五處（3處機房與2處應召小姐性交易地點），逮捕熊姓主嫌為首犯罪集團等17人，應召犯罪組織全數查緝到案，包含主嫌、主管、會計、總機、外務、車伕以及4名小姐、另還有性交易男客4人、容留性交易租屋公司人員2人等，查扣電腦主機、帳冊、手機20餘支、保險套、潤滑液等證物，訊後於昨(21)日依違反刑法妨害風化罪、社會秩序維護法移送臺南地方檢察署偵辦，一舉瓦解轄內色情性交易應召集團。

永康警方在日前接獲情資，有外籍女子以一般民宅作為掩護從事色情性交易，經警方調查後發現確有出入複雜情形，經報請臺南地方檢察署檢察官指揮偵辦，於111年8月18日在轄內查獲2處窩藏小姐性交易應召地點，逮補4名應召女子及4名男客，並扣押保險套、潤滑液等證物；經查男客每次以新臺幣2500元至3800元不等金額進行全套性交易，另外還有其他加價額外特殊服務，然該4名應召女子分別為兩名印尼籍(依姓29歲、珊姓24歲)、一名泰國籍(珍姓32歲)以及一名台灣籍女子(徐姓27歲)，其中印尼籍、泰國籍女子均為已逾居留期限之逃逸女子。調查過程中警方發現泰國籍女子身材高挑姣好，約170多公分，骨架亦較一般女子寬大，泰籍女子隨即表示其為變性身分，讓查緝專案人員訝異；另在查緝印尼籍女子時，進入房間發現無人在內，但是有手機放在床上，經拉開床邊布簾時，赫然發現該印尼籍女子躲藏於內，意圖規避查緝，目前3名外籍女子均由移民署收容等待遣返中。

由於後續分局專案小組持續蒐集證據，發現應召女子背後有犯罪集團掌控，在釐清並掌握身分後，陸續在9月中、下旬以及10月上旬，緝獲熊姓主嫌(29歲)及旗下應召集團成員，並在3處應召站機房查扣到電腦主機、帳冊、手機等證物，其中1處機房警方進入查緝時，應召站成員渾然不知，還正在使用電腦LINE通訊軟體，媒介客人進行性交易，當場逮個正著；案經警方調查，熊姓主嫌所經營之應召集團成員共7名，有負責人、主管、會計(作帳)、總機(聯繫客人及小姐)、外務(收錢及清潔)、車伕(載送小姐)等職務，分工相當細膩，並且透過承租熟識租屋公司所代管物件作為應召地點，招攬以東南亞籍為主應召小姐，每次2500元至3800元性交易所得，可抽取約3至4成作為酬庸，3、4個月間之不法所得即高達約五百萬，訊後依妨害風化罪嫌移送臺南地檢署偵辦，另將持續深入追查有無涉嫌違反人口販運防制法以及黑幫介入等情事。

永康分局分局長甘炎民表示，色情應召集團經常招募逃逸移工、持觀光簽證等非法容留臺灣的外籍女子，透過債務、監視、威脅等威逼利誘手段逼迫上揭女子從事非法性交易，除了涉嫌妨害風化，更可能已涉及人口販運，警方查察是類色情應召站不法集團案件絕不手軟，將持續嚴厲取締，淨化社會環境，維護社會善良風俗，更積極刨除黑幫不法暴利金流來源，以達有效壓制來維護社會安全。
