警民聯繫通報系統建功 逮捕娃娃機竊盜慣犯

台南市警察局第四分局於(10)月23日接獲民眾報案，安平區某選物販賣機內機台遭人以工具破壞竊取現金硬幣，安平警獲報後3分鐘內立即到達現場釐清遭竊情形，當場逮捕陳姓竊嫌並查扣相關贓物及作案工具。

據機台負責人描述，渠所經營之選物販賣機為無人商店形式，平時都會利用遠端監看機台情形，當日凌晨時許在例行的監看時發現有不明人士疑似利用工具破壞機台竊取零錢箱硬幣，當下立即返回店舖並撥打110向警方報稱店內遭竊，安平警獲報後，安平派出所副所長楊得光、警員劉玉臺、何致涵、黃采玲立即到達現場釐清遭竊情形。當場逮捕竊嫌並查扣相關贓物及工具，經了解，陳嫌(80年次)利用自身攜帶之工具破壞娃娃機台鎖扣竊取現金硬幣，但沒想到該犯案過程全程遭店內老闆所裝設之遠端攝影機錄下並同步通報警方。

警方當場逮捕陳姓竊嫌
警方清查，陳嫌曾於永康及台南市區利用相同手法犯下多起娃娃機竊盜案件，因為手法俐落快速並善於掩飾身分，是各地娃娃機業主的頭痛人物，本次因業者與四分局之間建立完善的警民聯繫通報系統，在案發之初立即通報，派員前往現場將陳姓犯嫌依竊盜現行犯逮捕，全案移送臺南地方檢察署偵辦，並由檢察官向法院聲請羈押。

第四分局分局長王子雄表示，安平警平時即透過犯罪預防宣導，輔導業者裝設監視器並配合即時監控，建立之完善的警民聯繫系統，促使該案即時偵破移送法辦，共同維護安平地區的治安，建立優質的居住環境。
