婦人網購房屋遇詐騙 警銀聯手保住130萬元！

臺南市南區25日一名婦人在網路平台購買房屋，與對方聯繫後到銀行準備匯款現金130萬元，由於金額龐大，銀行行員細心詢問是否有親自查看過房屋，卻發現婦人只憑網路資訊便匆匆與對方下訂單，機警通知警方，才及時阻止婦人被詐騙。
台南市南區夏林路上的第一銀行，在25日中午12時30分，有名61歲的李姓婦人自稱要網購房屋，手提現金臨櫃匯款130萬元至對方指定帳戶，銀行行員細心提問後發現，李婦在網路購屋並加對方Line聯絡，覺得該房屋地點符合自己的購買需求，於是準備至銀行現金匯款130萬元至對方指定帳戶。銀行行員認為李婦僅看過賣家提供的房屋照片，未至實體店家查證，且對房屋商的相關資訊不甚了解，趕緊報警通知警方。台南市政府警察局第六分局金華派出所巡佐劉文祥、警員王致鈞等2員接獲報案稱疑似有遭詐騙案件，隨即趕往現場處理。員警向李婦解說，該網路購屋廣告極有可能是「一頁式廣告購屋詐騙」，透過這種匯款方式來進行房屋買賣會有問題，婦人聽後也覺得此購屋方式破綻百出，若依其指示進行匯款恐有被詐騙狀況，才恍然大悟打消匯款念頭，銀行行員與警方成功阻止該起詐騙。
警六分局長許敏能提醒，民眾網路購屋請慎選有安全交易機制的網購平台、或有信譽的賣家，勿輕信在來路不明的購屋網站下單，如遇到疑似詐騙情事，一定要謹記防詐騙三要訣：「保持冷靜」、「小心查證」、「打165反詐騙諮詢」，共同提高防詐警覺，反覆查詢確認；多一分警惕、少一分損失。（圖/台南市政府警察局第六分局提供）
