四海天道共組柬埔寨人蛇詐欺集團 警破獲並逮10人

上月25日破獲四海、天道盟共組人蛇詐騙集團的犯罪據點，逮捕韋姓主嫌等10人。
近日求職詐騙的事件，鬧得沸沸揚揚，「台版」柬埔寨以假求職方式拘禁凌虐，這樣的犯罪手法，也讓警方更重視並持續追查，日前刑事警察局偵查第二大隊接獲情資，四海、天道盟共組人蛇詐騙集團，利用海外高薪工作話術，將被害人招攬至柬埔寨，並於上月25日破獲該集團的犯罪據點，逮捕韋姓主嫌等10人。
刑事局表示韋姓與蔡姓主嫌等人，因獲知在柬埔寨有臺籍共犯在當地建立跨國詐欺機房，便以海外高薪工作話術利誘，將被害人誘騙至柬埔寨，被害人至柬埔寨當地後，共犯接收派遣機房工作後，方知係從事假交友愛情詐騙，且手機、護照 均遭當地犯嫌扣留，未達詐欺業績不得返國，若透過自行脫困返臺者，該犯罪集團 甚至聚眾包圍被害人以索討債務為由，對被害人妨害自由及恐嚇。
經專案小組循線追查，並於上月25日拘提搜索查獲韋姓等共犯10名，初步清查 遭該犯罪集團派遣至柬埔寨詐欺機房工作人數達十人，並持續追查其他涉案相關人。警方也提醒民眾對於海外求職或投資務必謹慎小心，民眾如接獲有高薪工作機會或不明海外人力需求招攬時，務必要小心求證。
