員警看見怠速違停車輛遂上前關切，意外查獲毒品通緝犯
台南市警察局永康分局大灣派出所員警於8日23時許執行巡邏勤務，行經華興街時發現有駕駛怠速違停遂上前關切，員警見駕駛神情恍惚，直覺有異遂予盤查，當場查獲一級毒品海洛因及二級毒品安非他命，全案依毒品危害防制條例移送偵辦。

永康分局大灣派出所警員楊上豊、鄒逸修於8日晚間執行巡邏勤務，行經轄區華興街時見一部自小客車違規停車，員警上前關切，見駕駛神情恍惚，察覺有異便實施盤查，經查駕駛王男（55年次）係臺南地檢署發布通緝之毒品通緝犯，當場將他逮捕，再進一步執行附帶搜索，於副駕駛座一黑色盒子內查獲大量毒品，分別為第一級毒品海洛因3包(毛重共30.95公克)及第二級毒品安非他命3包(毛重251.86公克)、電子磅秤及手機訊號截斷器1組等物，警方將王男與乘客徐男（59年次）二人帶返所調查，經驗尿分別呈海洛因及安非他命陽性反應，全案依毒品危害防制條例移送偵辦。
徐男被逮時還不停向友人(王男)抱怨：「就說不要停在那邊，結果害到我」，徐男向警方表示提醒過王男不要違停紅線，永康區警察很多，容易被開單，二人果真雙雙落網，徐男頻頻抱怨王男不聽勸，令在場員警哭笑不得。偵辦過程中，王男女友聞訊趕來探望，一想到男友又將再陷囹圄，一陣悲從中來，聲淚俱下怨嘆王男為何一再讓她傷心難過，不知悔改。

永康警分局長甘炎民表示，毒品具成癮性、濫用性及含有影響精神之物質，非法施用毒品除有礙身心健康，亦可能致生社會安全問題、衍生重大治安事件，足見緝毒工作不容小覷且刻不容緩。此次員警機警攔查違停車輛，因而查獲非法持有、施用之毒品犯罪，此後警方將據以向上溯源，追查毒品來源，戮力建構社區安全網，防杜有害因子潛入社區，以示強力執法之決心。
