愛爾麗醫療集團為推動台南足球運動的風氣，催生「愛爾麗F+臺南足球聯賽」，這項賽事是由台南市基層足球發展協會與成功大學體育室聯合主辦，同時愛爾麗也是台南當地企業，董事長常如山也非常支持這這項活動，因此愛爾麗醫療集團也冠名贊助。

「愛爾麗F+臺南足球聯賽」有U6、U8、U10、U12的分級，同時還設上班族賽事，共有32隊報名，其中上班族有10隊報名，踢的是八人制球，上下半場各20分鐘，比賽地點為東門城的鐵道足球場與成大光復校區操場舉行，這個聯賽也整合了台南喜歡踢足球的人，能夠有一起踢球比賽的機會。

F+臺南足球聯賽由愛爾麗集團冠名贊助，希望藉由聯賽來提升台南足球運動的風氣，其中聯賽中的「F」代表的有FOOTBALL（足球）、FAMILY（家人）、FRIENDLY（友好）、FRIENDSHIP（聯誼）、FANTASTIC（驚奇）、FUN（樂趣），眾多元素集合成為了PLUS，因此有了「愛爾麗F+臺南足球聯賽」。

愛爾麗對於台灣運動是相當的支持，除了冠名贊助今年籃協的跨聯盟邀請賽外，也與台南市射擊協會合作舉辦愛爾麗射擊盃賽，同時也有支持迷你足球賽，愛爾麗董事長常如山表示，希望能夠發揮企業責任，回饋社會，為推廣台灣運動盡一份力。
