臺南市永康(13)日深夜驚傳巨響，嚇壞用路人與居民！台南市政府警察局永康分局復興所員警於今凌晨在永康華興街巡邏時，發現一部自小客車車牌逾檢註銷，趨前盤查時，駕駛見警靠近，便重踩油門在市區飆竄1公里多後失控撞上停等紅燈之機車騎士，再撞進路旁民宅柱子後停下，員警於追捕之際摔車倒地造成雙手挫傷骨折，一熱心壯漢路過目睹，立即上前與警察合力將嫌犯壓制逮捕！

永康分局復興派出所警員戴佳勳、鄭珮雯今(13)日0至2時巡邏勤務時，見一自小客車違停，經查發現車牌逾檢註銷，才剛要上前盤查，該名吳姓駕駛(86年次)便駕車暴衝逃竄。員警見狀立即尾隨在後並呼叫支援警力，欲尋適當時機將其攔停，該車罔顧他人安全在市區狂飆約1公里後，失控撞上路口停等紅燈之機車騎士，再撞進民宅柱子後始停下，駕駛立即棄車逃逸，並於逃逸時將身上毒品丟棄於路旁盆栽間。戴姓員警緊跟追捕之際，因轉彎煞車不及自摔倒地，雖當下雙手骨折、雙腳挫傷，見嫌犯從坐車中逃逸，不顧自身傷勢嚴重仍從地上爬起，欲上前壓制逮捕。

然過程正巧恰逢一熱心壯漢路過目睹全程，見警受傷仍欲追緝犯嫌，立即衝上前助警與吳嫌對峙，趁其重心不穩徒手將其壓制在地，讓警方有緩衝時間請求支援。支援警力趕到後，立即協助遭撞民眾救護，後於吳嫌車上搜出三級毒品愷他命，吳嫌表示誤以為自己遭通緝，且持有毒品在身，自知駕駛逾檢註銷車輛等因素，見警緊張即下意識駕車疾駛逃跑，不知此舉更引發員警注意而通報攔查，終逃不出法網。警方將吳嫌帶返所偵辦後，依公共危險、過失傷害及毒品危害防制條例移送臺南地檢署偵辦。

警方事後感謝該名熱心鄭姓壯漢時，發現其身份是中華民國國軍，休假返家正巧碰到警方查緝便立即上前幫忙。永康分局分局長甘炎民在知道鄭男身份後，稱讚年僅19歲的年輕軍人相當英勇，鄭姓軍人表示這是他應該做的，相當謙虛。分局長甘炎民表示，此次遇到軍警合作，共同逮捕犯嫌之優良事蹟，展現軍警一家親，非常感謝鄭男即時協助之義舉。
